May Training
We are holding our next training on Saturday, May 15 and Saturday, May 22.

The first day gives an introduction to NHM and to street youth. The second day gives tools for working with youth. Our training will cover topics that include Street Culture, Prostitution, Chemical Dependency, Relational Counseling, Spiritual Formation, Cultural Competency, and Theology of Ministry at NHM. If you are solely interested in an introduction to street youth and NHM, the first Saturday is designed for this level of involvement. The second Saturday is designed to equip and train future volunteers or those working with street involved youth in another ministry or social work setting. Both days of training are required for anyone applying to be an Outreach, Self Care or Late Night Outreach Volunteer with NHM.

Registration fee is $75 for the two Saturdays. Half scholarships are available. If you want to attend only the first Saturday, the fee is $37.50. If you decide after the first session that you would like to continue, you would be required to pay another $37.50.
